Prior to joining Puente Sur, Philip held roles in multinational organizations, including as Manager at PwC in Santiago, where he developed a keen understanding of the demands of international operations and the importance of strategic agility.
Philip brings a global perspective to his work, having been born in Argentina and raised in Chile. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, he leverages his diverse background, shaped by British and Scottish heritage, to lead Puente Sur toward sustained success and innovation.

Rodrigo is either the legal representative for or on the Board of Directors of over several dozen companies in Chile. He is married and has two children.

Born in the UK and educated in the US, in 1995 Nick founded the company in Santiago, Chile, that has evolved into the group that includes Puente Sur today. Nick has over 30 years of work experience, with over 25 of these in Chile. During this time, Nick has developed hands-on expertise in assisting multinationals with initiating and managing their operations in Chile, and has extensive know-how in a range of start-up and on-going compliance and management issues.

He is the legal representative for over 50 companies in Chile and has presented at numerous seminars in North and South America on Doing Business in Chile. Nick sits on the Board of the Chilean-British Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the G100, a group dedicated to supporting entrepreneurship in Chile. Prior to forming The Southbridge Group, Nick was an analyst at Citicorp Chile in Santiago and at Morningstar (financial publishing company) in Chicago. Nick is married and has three sons.
