Ignacio is a bilingual (Spanish/English) seasoned tax attorney with over 16 years of experience and a strong orientation to providing swift and accurate solutions to clients‘ business needs in regards to national or international taxation, tax litigation, transfer pricing and foreign investment.

A member of both the Chilean Bar Association and the International Fiscal Association (IFA), he currently serves as chairman of the Global YIN Comittee of IFA.

Thanks to his unique ability to put enormously complex tax matters into simple words, Ignacio has become a recognized voice within the public debate being carried through Chilean local newspapers and other international specialized media such as Bloomberg Tax, where Ignacio’s views on the latest tax developments in Chile have led him to receive the award of “International Tax Contributing Author” of the Year 2022.
